My Little Pony: Bowtie

As long ago as that was written, I'm guessing you know by now, but since nobody said it here: the first MLP animation was called Rescue at Midnight Castle (among other things; they called it something else every time it was re-aired or released) and it had an entirely different cast. Bits of it were used for the end title. RAMC is on the new DVDs, but it's also findable out there in the world (and on the net, if you don't mind very low quality.)

Be warned, though: once you get to know Firefly, no other pony will ever seem quite as cool. But Bowtie is pretty brave and cool herself, and you definitely do her justice.
